JBI Testing Lab specializes in the electrical and physical testing of lead acid batteries and cells. Our laboratory associates have over 80 years combined experience in the lead-acid battery field. We have the experience, knowledge and up-to-date equipment required to answer your questions, to recommend existing or custom design test programs, and to accurately test your batteries and record your data. JBI can test to all standards such as BCI, IEC, SAE, JIS, EN, etc. All test equipment is with P.C. control and the date is recorded in easily accessible files.

Our laboratory is used by battery manufacturers, OE manufacturers, distributors, retailers, and large users of batteries. Even though JBI tests batteries from many different clients, all test results are confidential and only available to the contracting party.

Battery testing is the most economical way to manufacturers to stay on top of quality. Testing also gives distributors and retailers peace of mind when an independent test lab confirms manufacturers’ claims. OE manufacturers can depend on JBI to determine which of the many lead-acid products available on the market day is most suitable for their application.
